A sine bar uses trigonometry to create precise angles. One end rests on a surface plate; the other is raised by a stack of gauge blocks. The height of the stack determines the angle via the sine function.
Enter the desired angle and your sine bar length (100 mm default). The calculator gives the gauge block stack height in mm and inches. Build the stack from your gauge block set and place it under the sine bar's roll to set the angle.
