Yes, you pay for samples. Here's why that's actually good: it means we're not building the cost of free samples into higher production pricing. You pay the real unit cost plus shipping — exactly what you'd pay at volume, just without the volume discount. If the tools perform, you already know your margin.
Seriously — tell us. We need that data. Tool wear photo, number of parts cut, what failed first. We'll analyze it with the factory and either adjust the grade, tweak the geometry, or recommend a completely different tool. If we can't get it right, we'll tell you that too. We'd rather lose a sample order than a reputation.
Yes. That's actually one of the main reasons to work with us instead of a single factory. We can send you 5 pieces from Factory A and 5 from Factory B — same spec, different manufacturers — so you can benchmark them head to head on your machine.
Express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3–7 business days to most countries. DDP (delivered duty paid): 7–14 days, but zero customs paperwork on your end. We'll quote both options and you pick.
For standard stocked items, 5 pieces per SKU is the practical minimum — fewer than that and the shipping costs more than the tools. For custom or non-standard specs, minimums depend on the factory setup cost. We'll tell you upfront before you commit to anything.
We don't. Free samples mean someone is padding the margin somewhere else. We charge you the real unit cost plus actual shipping. What we do offer: if your sample test leads to a production order, we'll credit the sample cost against your first invoice.
